Received a Damaged Product?
If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery by sending a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible.
Not Completely Happy with Your Purchase?
If you are not entirely satisfied with our honey or any other product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We are happy to issue a refund for any returned items, excluding shipping and payment processing fees. The refund will be processed into your account within 24-48 hours.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unopened, with all labels intact, and in the original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
